Dr. David Blitzer

Dr. David Blitzer is a Chiropractor and Registered Massage Therapist from Thornhill, Ontario. Starting at a young age, David was always highly involved in sports and exercise. He loves running, swimming and biking, hockey, tennis, golf, water and snow skiing, weight lifting and yoga. Over the years, David’s commitment to athletics has won him many awards for proficiency and dedication. 

His strong passion for Chiropractic, Human Biomechanics and Functional Movement started when he began to experience headaches and neck pain due to postural strain from long hours of desk work with poor ergonomic considerations. Chiropractic helped David overcome this life obstacle and return to wellness. 

Dr. David is highly qualified, with several degrees including a Bachelor’s degree from Wilfrid Laurier’s Department of Science in Psychology, a Diploma in Registered Massage Therapy, and a Doctor of Chiropractic from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College.  He holds international designations as a Doctor of Chiropractic in Canada and the United States, is TPI certified, and is constantly taking courses to expand his knowledge base.

He has performed many community outreaches, from onsite event physical therapy to concussion screenings and aqua therapy. He has worked with a wide range of individuals including high level athletes, children and the elderly.

Dr. Blitzer loves what he does, treats each patient uniquely, and goes to work every day with a smile on his face.
